Nicole A. Casciola, Esq. is a contributing editor to the family law blog series with DeTorres & DeGeorge Family Law.
Nicole has nineteen years of family law experience. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has devoted her entire career to family law matters.
Nicole was named as a barrister for the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court. She has also served as a panelist for the Essex and Passaic County Early Settlement Panel Programs. Nicole recently completed a term with the Passaic County Fee Arbitration Committee and has volunteered with the Northeast New Jersey Legal Services program as a pro bono attorney.
Nicole earned her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Nestor F. Guzman, P.J.F.P., ret., Passaic County.
Nicole is also an adjunct professor in the Prelaw Program of the Federated History Department with the New Jersey Institute of Technology and in the Paralegal Studies Program with Raritan Valley Community College.
Nicole resides in Essex County with her husband and three children.
