I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you did to free me from a toxic marriage. You were there for me when things got crazy and I was losing my grip.
I wanted to write you a letter thanking you for all the wonderful work you’ve done for me over the past year. As you are aware my ex-wife and I decided to separate in December 2009 and asked you to provide mediation to help me through a divorce. During our first meeting, you outlined the mediation process and gathered all the relevant information needed to start moving forward. During the course of our six plus meetings, you clearly stated the laws around alimony, child care and support and division of assets that would be necessary to formally end the marriage.
In an effort to do the right thing (even though that is a very nebulous term related to this event) we decided to seek out a legal “mediator” rather than go the standard litigation route. Luckily there was a local attorney Rosanne DeTorres, who handles this type of service. We met with her a few times, initially to understand what would be required of us and finally to develop a formalized mediation agreement that was satisfactory to both of us.
I am delighted to have the opportunity to have you and your team help me through a difficult divorce. Your firm consists of an excellent team of attorneys and paralegals. Erin DeGeorge exerts vast knowledge and experience.
I am writing to thank you for your assistance with my divorce. Your strength of character and knowledge of the divorce process is appreciated. During my case, we met with much adversity and you were able to keep things in perspective.
Your office was always responsive to my needs, days, nights and weekends. Your office instilled the “whatever it takes” approach to represent me in the most professional, caring and cost conscientious manner.
Any law firm that hires Luther is fortunate and blessed to have him. My words still fall short to appraise Luther Jones professionalism and his approach towards his adversaries. I have no basic knowledge of any divorce law. I have a medical background and law was Greek to me until Luther explained to me everything during this course. He was a teacher.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for all you have done for me. As you know, by the time I was referred to you, I was traumatized. Although I had succeeded in being granted a restraining order from my ex-boyfriend, no one had ever warned me that he could appeal the judgment.
